Zhejiang Chuangcai Textile Co., Ltd. was established on October 15, 2020, with a registered capital of 10 million RMB. Its flagship brand “Roucai” has gained high reputation in both domestic and international markets for its premium woven tapes.

The company currently employs over 300 staff and operates a self-owned factory spanning more than 20,000 square meters, equipped with 12 advanced dyeing production lines and over 300 ribbon-weaving machines. Its product range includes satin ribbons, polyester ribbons, ribbed bands, poly-cotton tapes, organza ribbons, velvet ribbons, checked ribbons, cap bands, and various Korean-style specialty ribbons, with dozens of ready-made tape varieties kept in stock year-round.

Mr. Jiang Zhixin, the company’s legal representative, holds a master’s degree in Textile Dyeing and Finishing, having specialized in the field throughout both his undergraduate and postgraduate studies. Since graduating in 2006, he has dedicated himself to woven tape product development. Guided by the innovative principle of “offering what others lack and improving what exists”, he has pioneered industry-leading technologies such as Taiwan yarn, hemming tape, and wired-edge ribbons.
